PRICE MATCHING
Price matching doesn’t include specials, reduced to clear or from another country other than Malaysia. It also doesn’t include the Shopee, Mudah.com. , lazada, and other third-party platform. Loyalty points accumulated from previous orders cannot be used towards the price match. Once the order is completed Loyalty points will not be issued.
PRICES
All prices listed on our website, advertisement and/or catalog do not include shipping & handling charges. All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Upon the placement of your order the total cost will be provided including the price of the parts plus shipping to your country. Prices do not include any taxes or duty that may apply on entry to your country.
We offer points to our loyal customers from previous purchases and they can be applied from 2points at check out for every RM1 spend (minus shipping). Discount is not redeemable as Cash or transferrable between Velocity Stage Motorsports Sdn Bhd customers and expires within 12 months of credited date.
1. we are NOT responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates before or after Card authorization or Bank transfer date(s). All payments are made in MYR, all refunds are made in MYR.
2. we are NOT responsible for applicable Import duties/and/or Taxes incurred into any Country; it is understood that import Tax charges and brokerage fees are the SOLE responsibility of the Importer.
3. we are NOT responsible for losses incurred as the result of delayed shipment, delayed clearance, Strikes, Civil Commotion, Acts of War or short shipment howsoever incurred
4. we are NOT responsible for losses incurred as the result of partial shipment, short shipment or Non-delivery by any Carrier for any reason
5. we are NOT responsible for losses occurring as the result of misinterpretation and/or typographical error involving any of our Website information, pricing; and/or Freight rates, which are subject to change entirely at our discretion. At our discretion, we will cancel or amend any Order placed with us.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from the supplier or manufacturer, VSM® shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
WARNING
All parts sold by VSM®, except for street legal/DOT approved parts, are racing parts for off road use only. Federal and many State laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting the vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. VSM® shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor.
VSM® shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part. VSM® will not cover any loss in profit or labor due to errors in shipping, mispackaging, and/or extended delays for backorder items. VSM® shall not be held accountable for any misconception or disappointment associated with any product.
CANCELLATIONS
Any New parts order which is awaiting payment can be canceled with VSM® with no charge to the customer. Once an order is in processing, pre shipping or completed there can be no cancellation.
Please ensure your order is correct after it has been confirmed and before transferring your payment. Credit may be provided via loyalty points or refund into your account.
PAYMENT
VSM® accepts all major credit cards, bank card and payable through Pay Pal, more information is provided during the order placement process. Bank transfers are also accepted. Bank deposits cannot be refunded back to your nomintated account. The funds can be refunded as store credit. Paypal and credit cards are refundable. We do not accept All E checks via Pay Pal.
Orders will not be processed or shipped until this waiting period is over. Credit card fraud will not be tolerated. All orders paid by credit card must be shipped to the cardholders billing address or verified alternate shipping address. Orders will NOT be shipped if the address provided does not match the records of the credit cardholders bank.
SHIPPING
Our standard delivery terms are 7 – 21 business days, Unless the part has to be made to order. However a more accurate shipment estimate is provided on the site when your order is placed. This shipment estimate is then maintained during the life of the order should there be any further updates. The type of freight used is EMS (Express mail Service) The maximum length aloud is 1.6 meters. If a part is deemed a Special order which is longer than 1.6 meters, another source of freight has to be used. Any additional freights costs will be paid for by the purchaser.
Once an order has been sent, a tracking number will be issued via the site under my orders. If the order is returned back to Malaysia due to an incorrect address given by the customer or no one is in attendance to collect the order upon delivery. All freight costs for the order to be sent back are the responsibility of the customer.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All foreign orders are final, no returns will be accepted; therefore it is the buyers responsibility to order the correct part. VSM® does not guarantee proper fitment for buyers foreign vehicles as all parts sold by VSM® are for Right Hand Drive made for the Japanese domestic market.
DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS DURING FREIGHT
As soon as the goods are delivered to Buyer, They shall inspect them. Notice sent via email must be given within three (3) days after receipt of goods of any defect or omissions. Failure to give notice within three (3) days after receipt shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods.
CLAIMS
VSM® will exchange and pay all shipping expenses to the value of the freight sent from Malaysia to the customers address ONLY if the part number received does not match the order placed within 3 days of confirmed delivery. Claims due to the incorrect selection of products will not be accepted.
RETURNS
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the order being received by the buyer as detailed in the shipments tracking records. Change of mind returns are subject to a 30% (Thirty percent) restocking fee and shipping fees are at the buyers expense. Returns or exchanges are not accepted on ignition systems, computers, electrical units, bulbs, lighting accessories, software, special orders and custom orders.
No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged or modified. Wheels which have been mounted, are none returnable. If VSM® does not accept a returned item as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, the buyer must accept any incurred cost. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct part before ordering and installing a particular part.
A return must be clearly marked on return packages, otherwise package will be refused. All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging. Returned parts with missing packaging, instructions, or parts will be subject to a restocking fee. The returned item(s) must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.
Please contact us before shipping parts to be returned, we will make the necessary shipping arrangements and guide you through the process.
REFUNDS
A refund, exchange or return will not be made until all items are returned to VSM®. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Orders placed by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card account only. International bank transfers can not be refunded back to your own account, either store credit or a refund via Pay Pal can be arranged. Refused shipments sent back to VSM® do not constitute a refund or credit. VSM® reserve the right to charge the customer shipping & handling costs for the refused shipment and a 30% restocking fee.
Refunds for any reason processed through Paypal may be subject to additional processing fees charged by Paypal, typically up to 4% of the transaction value. Refunds are returned only to the Paypal account used to place the original order and can take up to 7 days to clear.
Refunds processed through direct credit card transactions can only be returned to the original account used for payment. Refunds typically take 1 business day, but can take up to 7 days to clear depending on the bank and credit card used.
WARRANTY
All products sold by VSM® are only subject to the manufacturers warranty. Manufacturer warranty will not be honored if the customers mishandling, abuse or faulty installation causes the defect. If a product is deemed faulty, The purchaser will pay for all shipping costs. VSM® will only accept a warranty return if the purchaser supplies a receipt of installment from a licensed automotive engineer. Parts installed by a non licensed automotive engineer will render the warranty claim as void.
